As I talk about fertility in my interview and my book Going Green Before You Conceive, you can sway the sex of your child with diet and timing of sex. This recipe features superfoods and blanched kale,since Chinese medicine suggests warm and cooked foods for fertility, as well as NO DAIRY.
FERTILITY SMOOTHIE
Smoothie Recipe for Conception of a Boy (alkaline)
3-4 Leaves of Blanched Organic Kale
4 T Organic Hemp Powder
3T Organic Chia Seed
1t Maca Powder
1t or less of Green Stevia powder (Mountain Rose Herbs)optional
1 Ripe Banana
3 T Organic Raw Almond Butter
1/2 t Chlorella or Spiralina
1 scoop Bone Broth Collagen
1 T Morenga Powder
1 t Acia Powder
Organic Almond milk to cover powders
1/2-1 cup warm water from blanched kale
After the kale is blanched, place in blender or Vitamix and blend til kale is liquid or chopped to your liking. Add all ingredients, then almond milk last. Add as much almond milk to make the smoothie the consistency you like.

3-4 Leaves of Blanched Organic Kale
4 T Organic Hemp Powder
3T Organic Chia Seed
1t Maca Powder
1t or less of Green Stevia powder (Mountain Rose Herbs)optional
3 T Organic Raw Cashew Butter or Sunbutter is more acidic
1T Organic Cacao Powder
1/2 t Chlorella or Spiralina
1 scoop Bone Broth Collagen
1 T Morenga Powder
1 t Acia Powder
Organic Almond milk to cover powders
1/2-1 cup warm water from blanched kale

The key is to eat an alkaline diet for boys and acidic for girls.. More info about this is in my book.
